Getting Started

StEP 1

Schedule a no sweat intro. You will have a coach take you through every part of a group class in a low stress environment. After class, have a brief conversation with one of coaches to get a better understanding of your goals and ensure CFCR is a good fit for you

StEP 2

At CFCR, all athletes are given a starting plan to ensure you are successful. We make a tremendous investment in each of our new athletes to establish a strong foundation and help you to be successful.



StEP 3

Register for class and we'll keep you accountable. Track your workouts to see your progress and we'll check in with you frequently to make sure you are on track for your goals, and most importantly,
