Who are we looking for?

You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!

  • ​You are willing to come to our facility 3-4 days per week.

  • ​You are motivated to get results. 

  • You are willing to commit to the entire 90 days. The first week can be hard. We are looking for people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all the hard work.

  • You have the willpower to track your nutrition?  We give you the tools that you need to succeed.  

  • You enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at our gym is infectious. When it's positive energy, there's nothing better. 

  • You can leave your ego at the door. This is a place where hard work is respected. It is a humbling experience that we've all been through.

  • This is not a "biggest loser" type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome. 

  • You can respect the rules of the gym. They're in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best workout experience possible.

Schedule Your FREE Intro

Your Free Intro is a 30 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we will work together to create your customized 90 Day Experience

Step 2

Follow Your Complete Nutrition Overhaul

Our nutrition coaching is completely customized to you. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love, or starve yourself! We'll use InBody biometric tracking to monitor your progress every step of the way.

Step 3

Start With 1-on-1 Coaching

Joining a gym can be intimidating. That's why you start your 90 Day Program with 1-on-1 coaching. This is the best way to make the most progress quickly.

Step 4

Join Our Group Classes 

Our group classes are designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Every class is different so we're sure to have something that'll make coming to the gym fun.

Step 5

Stay Accountable with Goal Setting Sessions

So you're 4 weeks in and you've lost fat - now what? In your Goal Setting Sessions, you’ll map out the next steps of your fitness journey with your coach.
